Carlos serves as the Chief Technology Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, & Managing Director of Galvan Strategy Group and is responsible for the firm’s overall administrative operations and has efficiency. He is the lead facilitator of human resources, finance, and compliance and utilizes his expertise for the success and sustainability of the organization.
Carlos holds an Associate’s Degree from Tarrant County College and will be pursuing a degree in Business and Finance
Carlos has over 30 years of experience in operations and fostering lasting relationships with clients and business partners. He is knowledgeable of applicable laws and regulations and facilitates strategic planning, guides the advancement of company endeavors, and implements innovative solutions to enhance operational excellence.
