Founded by industry veteran Adrian Galvan with the aid of Ponce Duran, they have decades of combined experience. Galvan Strategy Group brings a unique blend of strategic financial insight and practical execution experience to the table. The firm specializes in a broad range of advisory services, including Municipal Bond Transactions, Full Quantitative Analytical Services, Capital Planning, Tax Rate Management, Bond Election Strategies, and much more. Adrian Galvan is a seasoned municipal advisor professional with 30 years of experience in public finance, serving as the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Galvan Strategy Group. He fulfills multiple roles, including CEO and Chief Compliance Officer. His expertise encompasses overseeing quantitative analysis, transaction structuring, bond pricings, and execution, along with business development and relationship management. He has personally structured over 1,300 bond financings amounting to more than $28 billion.

Ponce Duran has a wide range of expertise and serves as Senior Vice President. His experience spans bond pricings, quantitative analysis, technology, continuing disclosure, and artificial intelligence. He has served on over 70 bond transactions totaling more than $4 billion.

GSG also will be partnering with Cristal Galvan and Tantiana Miller, who have over 30 years of experience in government relations and community affairs. Cristal serves as Co-Founder and Managing Director of the public affairs consulting division. Tatiana Miller is a renowned executive business coach and consultant. GSG is also a women-owned and minority-owned firm.
